Spaces

The spaces component provides a single view for analyzing your spaces on a higher level. With it, you can quickly get a bigger picture and compare your spaces against their performance in health and pages to review or archive.

The spaces component of Breeze

The table shows all of your accessible spaces with the following information:

  • the space name,
  • the total number of pages,
  • the number of pages that are up to date,
  • the number of pages to be reviewed,
  • the number of pages to be archived,
  • the number of pages that are excluded from the content analysis,
  • the space health,
  • the assigned workflow.

☝️ Please notice:
You can easily deep-dive into a single space by clicking the space name, number of pages to review or archive, or health. This will bring you into the space’s overview, review, archiving, or analytics component, where you can proceed with content management actions. Likewise, clicking the workflow name brings you to the workflow definition of the selected space.

Filtering by space categories and space owners

For further analysis, spaces can be filtered by category or space owners.
