Collecting User Feedback

User feedback is collected via the user feedback macro that is automatically embedded on all pages taking part in the survey.

For users not given feedback yet, the macro will show like this.

If the user has rated the page by clicking on one of the five stars, the macro will further expand to show an input field for user feedback.

If a user has submitted feedback, the macro will display as follows.
